The staff was helpful and caring, the breakfast offered was inclusive with lots of food. The service was excellent, I had 8 lovely nights here.

Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from El Merengue. Updated room, comfy beds and top-class staff from the manager.

Wanted to explore Punta Cana and this hotel was best base for doing it. The room was cleaned and available with bedroom, a great TV. The venue was located close enough to the beach, the center and the restaurants.

It was a nice experience overall. Every detail of this secured property was amazing. Bathroom was elegant and luxurious.

The staff was customer-focused, room was classic double. European style hotel with stylish furniture in the rooms. The breakfast was large and well priced. The service was flawless here. Cold drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

Planned to see Punta Cana major attractions and it was decent base for visiting all of them. About 10 minutes walk to bus stop.

It was an outstanding stay in the perfect area. Attractive view, a lovely balcony, incredible bed, too. Restaurant was simple and reasonably priced👍

It is undoubtedly a humble option when in Punta Cana. The staff are brilliant, the rooms are beautiful.

Liked how attractive the property was. The room was common, well-kept with 1 king bed. Eggs, bacon and hot waffles in the restaurant were always affordable.

The room was appropriate and brilliant, the hotel was overall clean. I loved the rooftop restaurant. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Very early check in and in general efficient service. Charming location, not far from an ice cream store, beach and the water park, however the area was quite poor.

The views were pretty bad.

Check in was smooth, I thoroughly enjoyed gorgeous location and relaxing rooms. Lots of supplies in the room: complimentary wireless internet and satellite TV. The staff was best from my arrival up until I left. Special service provided too. There was free WiFi throughout the property. The beach was perfect.

Spacious room with good bed and a fairly clean bathroom. Fairly good breakfast, plenty of food and beverages. A stunning beach, absolutely breathtaking view. Fabulous staff and DECENT service all day long. Enjoyable stay in the wonderful area.

Staff was accommodating and we liked our stay. Flavor Market, set within 20 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Furthermore, there was Wi-Fi at the hotel...

Dated room. The hotel needed to be revamped. The bed was very hard.
